One of our favorite enhancements is found within our upgraded Site Search tool. You’ll access it quickly anytime at the top of our desktop site – as well as on the mobile version if you’re on-the-go. In the Site Search, you can enter keywords, product names, brands or questions and then sort your results by:
• Source (technical documents, videos, blogs, etc.)
• Date (sort by most recent to see the latest)
Also of note is our vast (and growing) Tech Doc Library. Many of the technical documents prepared by the Ball Seed Technical Services team are completely searchable now and at your fingertips right through the Site Search. This makes it even faster to find what you need!
In addition, our webmaster team is always monitoring the Site Search to make sure results are rolling in. Many times, answers can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions section of our site, too.
And when you’re searching products or brands within our Site Search, results will guide you to our familiar Catalog Product Search page where you can further refine your selections or login and “buy now” when you select a delivery date and supplier with availability.
