General Information: Cheddar has been crossed with a white variety to create a delicious, high-vitamin-content cauliflower. The curds contain approximately 25% more beta carotene than white cauliflower.

Grower Information:

Offers 25% more beta-carotene than standard white types – an excellent source of Vitamin A. With great quality and an attractive orange head, Cheddar produces firm curds with smooth, domed heads.
