Mild-tasting and easy-to-grow baby broccoli resembles broccoli raab with an asparagus stem. Plants produce central shoots, followed by 3 to 5 side shoots continuously for 4 weeks in mild weather. Known as Broccolini in grocery produce sections and on restaurant menus. 50-60 days to maturity.
